I received a bad burn and scarring from a waxing salon,and went to Vaval Law for representation. Her case manager Vanessa was so professional, and kept me updated with all of the latest information surrounding my case. I was in shock how quickly Kara got the salon to settle. I didn’t think I would get much, but Kara got me more than 60 times the amount I was going to ask for on my own. This was the best experience I’ve had with a law firm, and I will definitely use her in the future.

This was my first case ever(uber accident). I was scared about what I would have to do, how long it would take to settle, how much id really be involved. Jitters you know?
I had one or two meetings with Kara, a couple text and emails with Vanessa, and then court.
Fast, efficient, and a beast. I got my full settlement after being told I’d most likely get half. Im saying this for anyone who has not really been around law/courts(we know who we are) Kara gets the job done. Gives you numbers and keeps it real.

Wow!! I don’t know where to start! I received a first degree burn for a waxing salon.. I was going through a very difficult time in pain and suffering for three whole weeks. The staff is supremely cohesive and informed. There was never a time I called in with questions and whoever picked up my call was not able to assist me for lack of knowledge of my case. The crew went above and beyond for me. They were able to provide me with much needed guidance and support as I knew nothing about what I was about to experience. My insurance company tried to swindle me out of my car, they sent my car to a chop shop who began taking my apart without my consent even after I explicitly told their adjuster I would be picking up my car. Vaval Law was there for me and saw me through that maze of craziness. This staff is definitely dedicated to the welfare of their clients. On the day I called Kara I was in so much pain from an accident I had a day before. I also was so frustrated that I could not get medical attention as no hospital want to deal with auto insurance. Me and my husband were in the car. Our car was a total loss.
